typing(fix[py.typed]): Actually commit py.typed marker files (missed in previous commit)
why: The 1d48098 commit message claimed to add py.typed but the files were never staged — they existed on disk as untracked files only. what: - Add py.typed to gp_sphinx, sphinx_fonts, sphinx_gptheme, sphinx_argparse_neo
