x-gif not working on Iphone. Affecting the other javascript functionalities and UI

I have used x-gif to play the GIF n number of times. It is working perfectly for all the desktops including mac and safari on Mac book. While coming to I phone, the GIF is not showing and it is effecting the other functionalities also. Any idea based on the description. Any help is appreciated.
