Remove separate CRDs without CEL support. #1211

What would you like to be added:
Remove support for CRDs generated without CEL expressions, and maintain a single unified CRD for all use cases in etcd-druid.
Why is this needed:
Etcd-Druid currently maintains two versions of the etcd CRD. One with baked in CEL expressions for in-schema validation which required a minimum kubernetes version of 1.29, and without the said CEL expressions.
Since the current kubernetes release version is 1.34 and 1.29 was released approximately two years ago, this support can be dropped.
