What would you like to be added:
Add end-end tests for EtcdOpsTask introduced in #1129 as per the new e2e test format introduced in #1060 once both are merged.
Why is this needed:
E2E tests for etcdopstask to test various scenarios. Currently the controller and on-demand snapshot task have been unit tested and integration tests are also present.
