Click doesn't work well with drag and drop on Chrome 33.0.1750.170, Android 4.4.2, Nexus 10

Clicking on a Sorted Linked Lists Porlet only open/close the portlet about 10% of the time.

Another app with sorted linked 'lists' and a click event on the elements (divs in this case) also seems to lose/ignore the click maybe 95% of the time.

The pages work everywhere else I have tried them - fine in firefox on the same tablet, on safari iphone and windows chrome.
