[Feature Request] Blocking ALL MESSAGES in Chat

Describe the problem

Please add the ability to block ALL MESSAGES IN CHAT INCLUDING THE "There are too many errors in your UI" message. It's super annoying. I know that I have addons that don't fully work in Midnight but they work well enough and I can't fix the errors until the addon authors update to the new API. I can turn off the individual messages that I have new bugs but I have to go into the lua file for buggrabber to comment out the message into chat for this issue because it is UNREASONABLY ANNOYING and actually the printing of the messages is causing more lag. When I finally hunted this down and blocked it, combat became more peaceful. There should be a setting in BugSack to block these messages (and maybe not just the print(L.BUGGRABBER_STOPPED) one, but any of them if we don't want to see them especially during combat when these actually happen.)

Did this happen on PTR/Beta or the live version of WoW?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have any error in combat (nameplate addons do it pretty well, tiptac reborn also with the bandaid)
2. Get annoyed by this message
3. Find another addon to block only this specific message. It's nice that it doesn't popup and make noise like the default blizz ui but I want it gone completely and I will check the bugsack when I am NOT IN COMBAT AND HAVE TIME, not when this message prints in chat.
