Error page when trying to delete a question tied to products #1441

Describe the bug
When trying to delete a question that is attached to products, we get an error page with a NoReverseMatch error like this:
Expected behavior
A proper delete confirmation page should load, showing:
- A warning message about the question being deleted
- A list of products that are linked to this question with clickable links
- Cancel and Delete buttons to proceed or abort the deletion
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new question
- Link the question to one or more products
- Try to delete the question
- Error page appears instead of the delete confirmation page
Additional context
This bug completely blocks users from deleting questions that are linked to products, forcing them to manually unlink all products first before deletion. . This is similar to issue #1404 but occurs in a different template file (questions vs quotas).
