Support misaligned card columns/rows in source PDFs through individual offsets

Problem

Some source PDFs have misaligned card columns or rows apparently on some pages.

Solution ideas

Column/row offsets? Kinda ugly, should be advanced settings. However, very low priority as I'd say those are definitely very broken PDFs to begin with. And the question of UX is even more unclear than #6

Don't know if you like this rather to be a separate entry, but this one is close enough:It would also be great to have for separate Backside pdf's to be able to have different cut and stretch settings from the front pdf.
