Add "Minimize to System Tray" option

Problem

Please add an option in the settings to minimize the application to the system tray instead of the taskbar. This would keep the workspace clean while allowing the app to run in the background.

Proposed solution

Toggle in Settings: "Minimize to tray on close/minimize."

Right-click context menu on the tray icon (Open, Quit...).

Double-click/click tray icon to restore the window.
