Not able to fined the operations functionality (as well as Icon)

**Describe the bug**  
  Everything works great with the exception that the operations icon doesn't exist.

**Expected behavior**  
 I expect to be able to access full access to operation options (not just those suggested).
 
Using the 1.4 branch update.
