Break-only pomodoros

I often receive requests to implement "extended" pomodoro for the situations where the user can't stop working.

A possible workaround would be to implement an action to start the next pomodoro with 1ms work + normal break. A user in the "flow" would then shut Flowkeeper down, and launch just the break when they're done.

Such pomodoros can be displayed as some "B" character.
