feat: Implement UIScene lifecycle for iOS

Summary: This PR implements the UIScene lifecycle for React Native on iOS, resolving the warning: 'CLIENT OF UIKIT REQUIRES UPDATE: This process does not adopt UIScene lifecycle.'

Changes:

• Added RCTSceneDelegate to handle scene lifecycle events.
• Updated RCTAppDelegate to provide scene configuration.
• Updated Info.plist to include UIApplicationSceneManifest.

This change ensures compatibility with iOS 13+ scene-based lifecycle while maintaining backward compatibility.
