Auto-submit changed values

Add a button that would send change suggestions to the upstream maintainer after I have changed some settings.

Exact form to be discussed. E.g.

• settings button that once set, enables auto-send on every change anonymously for big data ananlysis.
• explicit send button, maybe even with a comment.

settings management also has a downstream issue:
Re-loading from the 'suggested settings' destroys all private changes.
