Feature: add outline path as header to card

Would it be possible to add the outline path to the top of the exported card? E.g. if I have a card as a third-level headline, exporting it will add "A -> B" at the top. The idea is from logseq-anki-sync, there is a visual in the README there.

I would be willing to try and implement this and open a PR if you'd like 🙂

It definitely is :). It seems a generic callback API is waiting to happen where users could have a custom function in between the conversion from org to html -- this issue would fit there as well.

I think the actual implementation of adding the "A -> B" should be outside of org-anki's main code base, but I think there could be a separate file called "examples" in the repo, and this could very well go there.
