SSH key import is super slow, maybe we could fetch once and copy over to the hosts from local machine.

huge +1, it would save ~1h of runtime on very large networks + make updating ssh keys easier (btw there was a tag to just update the ssh keys, that almost never worked for me so i re-ran init-playbook most of the times)

Add ability to pull config files from s3 bucket instead of needing to sync from remote, this would be a massive speedup for deployments
