Blast XML output splitting #4

There seems to be some coming blast-XML data format changes, see:

Apparently one of the things they are doing is splitting the results into different files per query. That would solve the issue we have now of splitting the xml output file when doing query concatenation (i.e. several queries per fasta file).
They don't have a time frame for the changes in that document. But I think it would be worth waiting until they do it instead of redoing all that ourselves.
