When we take over existing items from STAC API (VEDA, SH), we should remove existing web map links #66
Description
eodash_catalog generator using a STAC API (VEDA) which already has web map links links defined on Items, takes the Items over and then adds our own configured xyz links (based on Resource definition) which is creating duplicates.
To make the config the source of truth of the configured rendering, we need to wipe any web-map-links from the original source makes - or we could have a new property for VEDA endpoint that is keep web-map-links.
