Notifications on different layers overlap each other

This is perhaps by design, but if so it would be helpful to clearly document this particular caveat.

I have the following in my config:

[urgency=critical]
layer=overlay

Which results in:

For now I have also added anchor=center as a workaround so any critical notifications sent to the overlay are centred, and thus do not overlap.

It's by design in that the layer is used directly as the layer-shell surface to target and they all do their own math. It would be fairly difficult to do global math here because when other applications also have panels open in a given layer (taskbar, etc) the compositor pushes them around to avoid those overlapping.
