Hi Eric,
A few months ago I've started my own fork of sshx and I've customized it with a lot of features mostly ai co-developed.
If you would like any of those upstreamed, let me know and I can try to extract them cleanly and create pull requests. Also if you want to try them live, let me know and I'll send the link to the deployment.

- ai integration ( can have chats in terminal, send selected context )
- integrated with gemini api, openrouter
- toolbar autohide / pin / position ( left, right, top, bottom )
- terminal download / export ( text, markdown, html, ansi, zip )
- terminal html export
- copy to clipboard on select
- paste on middle mouse click
- dark / light mode / themes
- more fonts / settings
- quick terminal selector ( tab alt like functionality ) ( selected terminal is centered and focused )
- more settings:
- auto arrange / snap to grid ( not amazing, but usefull )
- websocket transport ( self hosting, not of interest I guess )
- zoom buttons
- sessions dashboard ( kinda dangerous )
