Summary

When we deploy a new ETOS cluster we should run tests before deploying the Ingress

Context

As a way to secure the deployment of an ETOS Cluster we should run integration tests after all ETOS services have been deployed.
If these testruns pass, we can deploy the Ingress (if enabled) and set the Cluster status to a successful one.
