Open for new pull requests or collaboration?

It looks like there have been no changes in this project for a couple of years now, and it would be great to update some of its dependencies. Are you still open to changes or should we rather treat this project as inactivate and fork or build something else? Gem looks great, but now some dependencies like Retriable are stuck in old versions.
