[Feature Request] - Save Radio list locally

Summary

When the Subsonic service can not be reached, the radio list is empty. I think the Radio list should be saved locally.

Use Case

I can think of some situations where the server is not reachable but internet still available to listen to radio. E.g. Server inputs only in local network or behind VPN, restricted networks, Server crashed, etc.

Radio list is text only, so uses only minimal space.

From what I understand, when we listen to the radio, the data flow is: Radio server => Subsonic server => Tempus.

So Tempus should stream the radio stations directly.
