Enrich TrustedIssuerRegistry

Feature Request

Currently the TrustedIssuerRegistry is just a registry where we can store TrustedIssuer and can be configured via Java Api or TrustedIssuerConfigurationExtension.

We should make that more dynamic and add operation like :

• remove
• query

to allow extensions to dynamically manage trusted issuer

The way TrustedIssuerRegistry is used currently, it is not aware of a credential type's namespace. This is a problem when several Dataspaces each specify e.g. a MembershipCredential. Should I open a separate issue for this?
