Deployment Perspective not available in the downloaded IDE version

When I check the tutorial documentation using the downloaded version of IDE, I can't find the Deployment Perspective anymore in the IDE, which is still being introduced in the documentation of using IDE.

The deployment perspective is missing for quite some time now. But we are still rather heavily reworking deployment. Therefore the documentation is a bit outdated. As written also in the forum we are appreciating any support in improving outdated documentation.
