Outdated timestamp in /home, current timestamp in /

Self explanatory, current timestamp in / directory, outdated timestamp in /home directory. Look at output settings in main script for possible culprit.

Looks like there's a log writing to two different places. There's only one process with a watch command that I can see with ps -ef.

Since commit 4ebeda6 where I added the email function, I got a Warning: Journal has been rotated since unit was started. Log output is incomplete or unavailable. yet, I can't find said log and there's no email record of this. Need to investigate. This is odd.

Log seems to have rotated, but there's a six minute gap. Will change logrotate to rotate every hour and see what this does and if there is still a gap.

Log in /home is the top log that ends, log in / is the current log that is still going in real-time.

Attempted to trace if there was another process creating the log file (used realpath sure) and there was not. Will keep looking at this.
