We have failed to distinguish clearly when there is uncertainty over a person’s place affiliation between someone who is not certainly from Antioch in Syria (or Apameia, Seleukeia, Laodikeia) and someone who is certainly from an Antioch but not certainly the Syrian one – he/she could be from the one in Caria, or Cilicia, or Pisidia. There is an important difference between Syria, Antioch? And Syria?, Antioch. But I think this is something we have to deal with ourselves and is not a typesetting issue.
