Filesystem extensions

Hi,

Is it possible create a filesystem extension using this template, and is there any guidance on how one might achieve this?

For example, I'd like to have a go at creating an HDFS extension to support sql like select * from read_parquet("hdfs://path/to/pq/directory/") or select * from read_parquet("hdfs://path/to/my_file.parquet").

not yet, the duckdb C API is currently missing the required function calls to create filesystem extensions
