Trinidad and Tobago remove extra region. San Fernando region change type to region to city. add Tobago ward. Eastern Tobago region all cities data add to the Tobago ward. also Western Tobago region all cities data add to the Tobago ward.
What should it be?
in ISO have 3 borough , 9 region , 1 ward & 2 city.
