GpioPin event handler passing wrong sender value.

Should this be passing "this" for the invoke. I would expect it should be passing "pin". The way it is, the "sender" ends up being the internal driver and not the GpioPin.

BTW, the same issue is in the standard GpioController as well as the new virtual one.

[Triage] Expected sender should be whichever object you registered the event on (if doing controller.Register* it should be controller, if doing pin.ValueChanged += then it should be pin)

[Triage] When someone gets to this: it requires new major release, this needs thorough testing for all drivers implementations. This seems correct to fix but this is a breaking change and current implementation doesn't seem blocking in any way.
