Description

In the section, File-based apps, the article presumes dotnet 10 installed which is still new and no alternative on how to run it on previous version was provided

Showing how to create and launch an hello world program would be helpful.
With this current article one can't successfully run a simple hello world program even if you read this from start to finish that is if you have an older dotnet version less than version 10.
