ForceDismount should be optional #4
Description
If Microsoft really doesn't implement a "lock an unlocked bitlocker encrypted drive", because it may not be safely unmounted, then ForceDismount should be optional somehow. However, I haven't seen any comment on the net about issues manually locking their unlocked drives again.
