Perform case insensitive search on Wikipedia entries. #110

As a suggestion for the next version of JWPL I would propose a function that returns
all entries in Wikipedia irrespective of case-sensitivity. For Example if I am searching
"ABC" I will get "abc" , "Abc" , "aBc" etc ...
Of course the user will be then responsible to get the right entry. From my experience
this function is useful in corpus processing when the words are sometimes not spelled
exactly like in Wikipedia.
