waitForSpeech error popup and Windows error sound

Going to try and keep this straight forward.
Does anybody know why I'm getting the waitForSpeech popup that keeps reappearing every time I close it?
Also every time my mic hears any sound at all my pc plays that horrible default error sound that it does.

By the way, I have the natlink recognition working just fine.
Its dictating my words and logging them to the terminal in VSCode.

Hello @CodenameCookie, I realise it has been several months, but thank you for opening this issue. Apologies that no one has replied to you! Ditto if you mentioned this in one of our Gitter/Matrix channels. Development on Natlink has not been very active lately. The only way in which the behaviour you describe with the dialog box could happen is if the natlink.waitForSpeech() function were called in a loop of some sort. I can't say what could cause the default error sound. Probably both of these problems are downstream. Do you use Natlink with any libraries or other software, such as Dragonfly or Caster? If you have simply moved on from Natlink to something else, apologies again!
