[Feature Request] Added plugin for import-s like it is done in Bun

no I dont think deno team will and this, because "We can't. If you want to make it happen, you should encourage TC39 to change the ECMAScript specification."

Is it due to compatibility to Web browser ?? Why but added this but importing any file using plugin mechanics it is not possible ?

@steve02081504 The issues you linked are about wanting to import the same module twice and get different results (makes no sense; prohibited by ECMA-262), which is entirely unrelated to this issue about customizing the bundler (perfectly reasonable).

but wouldn't allowing custom import processors result in us being able to achieve different import results for same modules by custom the logic?
