Lemmy 1.0 compatibility

Pythorhead will need some changes for Lemmy 1.0 compatibility (you are probably already aware but wanted to raise this anyway for visibility)

I did have a quick check with some of my code on the test instance and immediately got an error for the private_messages endpoint.

Yes I already started a 1.0 branch but we need to wait a bit until the version is finalized to start testing as they haven't merged everything yet.
