Upgrade to JDK24

Opensearch-jvector plugin relies on the Jvector library. With OS 3.2 release, Opensearch upgraded their JDK version support to JDK 24 (and so will the opensearch-jvector plugin). It would be great to include JDK24 support for the JVector library.

There are other projects that depend on JVector that run on older Java versions. This upgrade is not possible at the moment.
