The workflow gen app potentially uses 2units/cores on the node which is currently a standard_d2s_v5 node (with 2cores)
Investigate whether this is having any effect on other pods on the node which could potentially be rebalanced as it appears a significant number of apps have pods scheduled into the first node (including the workflow-gen app)
