Render problem with layered PDF

First, thank you for your work, so usefull!
And sorry for my english :)

We encounter a problem with a pdf containing layers. The resulted image contains only the above layer and fill the page with black. I can send it if it helps.

If you look at this code: https://github.com/dampee/ImageProcessor.Plugins.Pdf/blob/master/PdfRasterizer.cs#L52
I think it has to do with the used version version of GhostScript.

Can you verify that manually (download ghostscript) and try to reproduce the issue.
