Feature request: retry failed tests/specs

What would you like?

It would be awesome if the results of a run were saved in a cache, where on the next run you could pass --rerun_failed or something to only rerun the failed tests.

Not even the specific tests would be needed (even though that would be great), even just the entire failed specs would be great. Or the option to do either, ie --failed_specs and --failed_tests

Why is this needed?

Easy to re-run failed tests, which would be great and super useful for many for debugging failures.

Is there a way to be able to copy paste the failed tests names? I haven't found a way without having to prefix each test with the rest of the path to the project root

That would do a big part of the convenience needed to rerun failed tests.

@tuxayo When you mention test names, are you referring to the spec name or the test name of an actual it or specify in the spec file? If the latter, Are you using a plugin to be able to run specific tests by title name, like @cypress/grep or @bahmutov/cy-grep?
