feed via4.json not updated

Hi,

https://www.cve-search.org/feeds/via4.json is not updated since 2019-06-07 20:18.
As it is one of the default source for cve-search it won't give VIA4 exploits information on any CVE more recent than this date. I guess there is a missing/broken crontab for VIA4CVE/via4cve.py

indeed as the majority of providers shutdown their publicly accessible feeds. We needs to update those lists.
