Fix SPED menu

Fix it, make sure it works properly.

SPED Menu (Speed):
     SPEED:  from 16 notes per beat (maybe 8) until 64 beats per note

This might be combined with the EUCL(id) menu:

EUCL Menu: (Euclidean Timing)
     ON-OFF:
     DIVIDER:
     LENGTH:
     FUNCTION:

All step sequences can be expressed as euclidean sequences, so why not implement them as such?
