Dark mode, dark gray

Adding §8 to "This item can be thrown" in dark mode resource pack makes it dark gray instead of gray.
Unlike other tooltips, this tooltip acts more like a note(or tip), not message(that player needs to check from time to time). Then making it dark gray might be better.
