brclient: When receiving large file, there is an empty receiving message and no feed back #751
Description
When a user is sent a large file they are shown an asterisk and no other information about what is occurring. We should be able to provide some other feedback about what is occurring or at least that a large file is being sent and will take some approx amount of time to be received.
