Clear/ Reset Codecheck Metadata DB Setting

What we want

• CODECHECK Metadata DB emptied on button press
• "Are you sure" modal before actual deletion, so nothing is deleted on accident

This works now. The setting looks like the following:

When the button is pressed, the user is shown a modal, that asks if he really wants to continue:

When pressing "Ok", the whole codecheck_metadata DB Table gets cleared / resetted.

This can also then be seen in the metadata forms, which will now be empty again.
