Pull Request Overview
Codacy/Trivy previously flagged Django 5.2.6 with multiple security vulnerabilities (critical/high). This PR updates the pinned Django version to 5.2.9 which includes fixes for CVEs referenced in the PR description. Because this is a security-relevant dependency update, ensure full test runs and any dependency compatibility checks pass before merging; no other code changes are present that would block merge.
About this PR
- PR title and description are fine but please ensure CI runs full test suite (including integration tests against supported DBs) and dependency compatibility checks before merging. If you have an application that pins middleware, template tag usages, or relies on database-specific behaviors, run those smoke tests as well.

❗ Issue
This update replaces a Django version previously flagged by Trivy for several high/critical CVEs (see static analysis: CVE-2025-64459, CVE-2025-59681, CVE-2025-64458). Updating to 5.2.9 addresses these vulnerabilities. After merging, run the full test matrix (unit, integration, DBs you support) and confirm no breaking changes in third-party packages that depend on Django internals.
