:dart: Change group header default layout (RectGroupTemplate)

Experimental "pour mémoire" issue.

• Fix broken table layout when table is resized.
• Add a policy to restrict group dragging only from header.
• Integrate group header / collapse bouton in "group content".
• Use optional chaining ?. with nullish operator ?? whenever possible !
• Fix all FIXME #238.
