proxmox provider?

I would like to use proxmox to host the runners, is this provider on the roadmap? Does it make sense to derive it from an existing provider like https://github.com/cloudbase/garm-provider-incus (and swap incus specifics with proxmox)? Or is there a better path?

A provider should be straight forward to write. Sadly, I do not currently have the time to do it. But if anyone else from the community wants to tackle that project, I will try and help as much as possible.

The current providers offer pretty good examples of how one can be written.

I would love to see one for Proxmox to be hones!
