Add support for Celery 5.5.0

I tested this out with celery 5.5.0 by copying the celery_batches directory directly to my project. Batch behavior seems correct to me on a moderately complex code base. I did not attempt to adjust the new "Soft Shutdown Mechanism" settings.

@clokep would you want a pull request that increments the <5.5 to <5.6 or remove the < requirement? Personally, I urge removing it because this would lead to easier testing and may encourage real compatibility bug reports for the project, instead of the "Add support for X" reports. A third option might be celery>=5.0,<6.0 But of course it's your project and thank you for maintaining it!

This was discussed a bit in #88. Celery doesn't have the best tracker record for not breaking things in minor releases, it also doesn't release as often as it used to though...

Generally I prefer to be conservative here. I usually try to add support during the beta period but have unfortunately missed the last couple.

tl;dr Definitely not uncapped, <6 is probably ok? It is hard to fix in the future if it breaks though.

Generally keeping it at <5.6 probably is better -- it doesn't offload a breakage onto me as the maintainer. Supporting an updated version isn't as urgent as if an upgraded version completely breaks the package and people's CI -- they tend to blame maintainers without realizing they should be pinning.
