CMS: binder badge and a plot not showing and binder failing to start for recid 12342

The binder badge does not show (in my Chrome) in https://opendata.web.cern.ch/record/12342
and the binder session launch fails.

Also the second plot in the record does not show (there should be two of them)

The binder session starts OK from the corresponding GitHub repository readme in https://github.com/cms-opendata-analyses/DimuonSpectrumNanoAODOutreachAnalysis
