Test suite

It would be helpful for the specification or this repository to link to a test suite, (or to have an ietf convention for how to find a test suite given an RFC) similar to how web specifications have https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests.

@hildjj suggested https://github.com/hildjj/node-cbor/blob/master/test/cases.js as a good starting point.

As we have said in some meetings, one important component of such a test suite that would go beyond cases.js is a collection of examples that are not well-formed or not valid.
